Account Manager

What are you going to do:

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
• Present new features, products, functionalities to their clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Assist clients during the onboarding process and provide technical support.
• Analyze client’s needs and processes to develop strong relationships and provide top-notch service.

Job requirements:

• Experience in account management, customer support or sales, preferably in IT/Fintech/KYC field.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter, passionate, charismatic personality.

Salary: from 3000 Eur gross + bonus.
