Brand Marketing Officer
Our client is a direct-to-consumer brand incubator focused on creating products that people love. Today, they own and operate a portfolio of brands with products that put you first. Primary Objective: lead and drive the revenue growth, profitability, and brand equity of direct-to-consumer and third-party marketplace channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, execute, and manage quarterly and yearly marketing plans to achieve top-line revenue growth and profit targets.
- Manage the P&L of an e-commerce brand, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Work closely with media buyers to hit performance targets across various channels.
- Collaborate with creative strategy and CRO teams to develop and optimize advertising assets.
- Oversee and manage the brand team to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Hire and develop new team members to support brand growth.
- Communicate effectively with demand planning, finance, and product development teams to ensure alignment across departments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to scale the e-commerce brand efficiently.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer engagement across all channels.
Performance Goals:
- Achieve an annual revenue growth rate as defined by company targets.
- Meet or exceed specified contribution dollar volume for the brand.
- Attain targeted contribution margin percentages, ensuring brand profitability.
- Successfully scale the e-commerce brand, meeting or exceeding growth targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in direct-to-consumer and third-party marketplace channels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the P&L of an e-commerce brand.
- Proven success in working with media buyers to hit performance targets.
- Experience collaborating with creative strategy and CRO teams to develop effective advertising assets.
- Track record of creating and executing quarterly and yearly marketing plans.
- Experience in hiring and managing a brand team.
- Strong background in scaling an e-commerce brand.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Proven ability to analyze and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to make adjustments.

SALARY: €5,500 per month based on experience (before taxes).
