Description

Our client is seeking a full-time, in-office Copywriter who’s interested in psychology, culture, and understanding what moves people — how to grab their attention, maintain their interest, and drive them to action (i.e., buying a product). Frankly, they are not very concerned with professional writing and advertising experience. They are looking for creative, driven individuals who are committed to learning our principles and contributing to their culture.

Responsibilities

As a creative copywriter, you’ll work with a number of different departments to conceptualize, write, and coordinate copy across one of our internal brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and manage content for one of our brands ranging from skincare and healthy snacks to pest control and eco-friendly home goods.
• Write and edit copy for paid advertising campaigns, branded videos, emails, blogs, and any other medium that’s called for.
• Ensure brand consistency on content across all channels including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Amazon, email marketing, and more.
• Research competitors and develop strategies that best fit the brand you’re working on.
• Review data to gain insights about what strategies and ideas are effective for your brand.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions where you contribute ideas for videos, visuals, marketing angles, websites, email strategies, and more.

Requirements

• A creative mind open to constantly evolving ideas & strategies
• Proven experience as a Copywriter, preferably in the e-commerce or direct response marketing space.

• Solid knowledge of online customer engagement, video watch and the direct response industry especially for video advertisements.
• A love of writing and creative expression
• An interest in psychology and what “makes people tick”
• Knowledge in a variety of subjects, however mundane
• A positive attitude, even under pressure
• Ability to multitask and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data
• A good sense of humor

Salary

• from €1,500 per month before taxes (based on experience)
