Software Development Team Lead

Our client is a leading identity verification and KYC compliance technology company, helping businesses streamline their customer onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes. What You’ll Do

• Drive technical decision-making processes.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Oversee the implementation of new and existing products / features and ensure code quality
• Provide mentorship and share knowledge
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Balance team workload and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Implement and maintain company’s standarts and architecture

What They are Looking For

• 5 years of professional experience in a backend programming language (.NET would be a plus)
• 1 years of team leadership or technical leadership experience
• Experience in any frontend programming language (React.js would be a plus)
• Experinece in problem-solving and experience in technical strategy development
• A strong commitment to achieving team goals, a willingness to assist colleagues, and the ability to give and receive constructive criticism
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
