Role Overview:

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients and contractors, handling multiple tasks under pressure, and maintaining a high level of customer service. You’ll thrive in our multi-platform, multilingual workplace and play a crucial role in coordinating our hybrid work model, predominantly from our Vilnius office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Supplier Communication: Manage incoming phone calls and emails from clients and suppliers with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your ability to build strong relationships will be vital in fostering positive connections.
  • Pressure Handling: This is the name of the game pressure is what describes property management at best and you need to tackle time-sensitive tasks and unforeseen challenges daily. Your calm and collected approach will set the tone for the team during demanding periods and set an example to the contractors.
  • Multitasking Mastery: Juggle multiple challenges simultaneously, efficiently prioritising tasks and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Organisational Excellence: they operate their own Management software – Mainlix, additional tools that we use are Monday.com, Microsoft Teams & Microsoft office products. Knowledge of these products is a great advantage and will ensure you can showcase your skills at its best.
  • Hybrid Workplace Coordination: Play a central role in managing our hybrid work environment, primarily operating from our Vilnius office while collaborating with remote team members. Your adaptability will be key to maintaining team cohesion.
  • Global Client Interaction: Occasionally travel to meet clients, primarily in the UK and Denmark. Your global perspective will contribute to our international success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, demonstrating expertise in client and supplier communication, multitasking, and organisation.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong proficiency in multi-platform communication tools and adaptability in a multilingual workspace.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Danish or other languages is a plus.
