About Our Client:

Our client is a rapidly growing company in the direct-to-consumer e-commerce space. They specialize in creating and scaling brands that deliver exceptional products directly to consumers. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CMO and Co-Founder.

Position Overview:

As the Executive Assistant to our CMO & Co-Founder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of his day-to-day operations and supporting various projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to free up the CMO’s time to focus on high-impact activities, improve overall efficiency, and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Read, filter, and respond to emails on behalf of the CMO. Prioritize emails requiring urgent attention.
  • Task Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize a task list, ensuring the CMO focuses on high-value activities. Track and report on the completion of key tasks and initiatives.
  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage the CMO’s daily calendar. Provide proactive reminders and ensure no conflicts in scheduling.
  • Project Management: Assist with smaller projects and high-priority tasks. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
  • Meeting Participation: Join key meetings, take comprehensive notes, and follow up on action items with team members.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, optimizing travel itineraries for efficiency.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Basic project management skills and experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, calendar management tools, and note-taking applications.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity working in a startup company is an advantage but not required.

Salary starting from 2000eur gross per month, based on the experience
