Web Project Manager

Our client is a direct-to-consumer brand incubator focused on creating products that people love. Today, they own and operate a portfolio of brands with products that prioritize their customers’ needs. They take a unique approach to each brand and every product, ensuring that they are fulfilling real needs while helping to shift the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle for our Webflow, CheckoutChamp, and Shopify platforms, from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, stakeholders, and the CRO team, to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
  • Partner with the CRO team to implement and test optimizations aimed at improving conversion rates, ensuring that technical solutions support business objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, defining clear and actionable insights & solutions.
  • Define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
  • Oversee the integration and implementation of new features, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine product strategy and optimize performance.
  • Work with development teams to ensure proper implementation of project management methodologies, such as Agile.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, timelines, and potential roadblocks.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of various eCommerce tools, including payment gateways, third-party apps, and custom features.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Web project manager, scrum master, product owner or similar role in an eCommerce or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce tools and platforms like Webflow, CheckoutChamp, Shopify, and related technologies 
  • Experience with project management tools (i.e. Jira).
  • Experience managing development teams and working with both internal and external stakeholders (brand representatives, designers, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, including payment systems, checkout processes, and website performance optimization.

Salary: €3,500 to €5,000 USD per month (depending on experience)
